Kirby’s Annual July 4th Ride ride starts at the McLeod Center on the University of Northern Iowa Campus (2501 Hudson Rd, Cedar Falls, IA). Meet on the west side of the McLeod Center around 7:45am, the ride starts promptly at 8:00am on July 4th.
We take 27th Street, past the new High School, and onto New Hartford. We will stop at Casey’s to regroup and then move onto Shell Rock for parade, refreshments, and lunch. We usually congregate on the main stage to watch the parade on Main Street. The return trip is on your own, but the official route goes through Finchford, east on Cedar Wapsi to Center Street (different than last year due to Union Rd/1st St construction).
