Trail Clean-Up

  • 04/30/2016
  • 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • 1827 Ansborough Avenue, Waterloo

Cedar Valley Cyclists will participant in the annual trail Clean-Up organized by the Cedar Trail Partnership. The date is Saturday, April 30th starting at 9:00 am. CVC will clean the Sergeant Road Trail from downtown Waterloo towards Hudson.

The gathering point will be Veridian Credit Union parking lot, 1827 Ansborough Avenue, Waterloo. We will gather at the south end of the parking lot, which is the end nearest Sergeant Rd Trail. Try to arrive by 8:45 am. If you cannot start
that early, it is possible to arrive later and still join the effort.

There will be a barbecue lunch with beverages around noon at President Eric’s House 4763 Edgebrook, so bring a dish (chips, salad, fruit, veggies, dessert, ect.) to share. Contact Roger White Roger@RideCVC.org or Eric Penning
Eric@RideCVC.org for additional details.
The Club will have trash bags, but plan to bring your own gloves, boots and anything else you think you will need to gather trash. This is a great event for the appearance of the trails, for visibility of Cedar Valley Cyclists in the community and to enjoy some fun and refreshments with members. Waterloo Leisure Services has always expressed appreciation for our efforts. So be sure to get April 30th on your calendar today!!!
