Ride of Silence

This year’s Ride of Silence will be Wednesday, May 20 starting and ending at 4th & Main St, Cedar Falls.
-->Registration starts at 6 p.m., a short memorial ceremony will be at 6:15, and the bikes will be rolling by 6:25.
Again this year, Cedar Falls Police Department and Black Hawk County Motorcycle Deputies are planning to assist. 
The ride will be fairly slow (11-12 mph) for about 8 miles so it is suitable for all levels of cyclists and even some older children. We ride in total silence in remembrance of our brother and sister cyclists who are no longer with us, especially those killed or maimed while biking. Helmets and registration are required and red rear and white front blinking lights are recommended for safety. If you have questions, contact Roger@RideCVC.org and we hope to see you on the 20th.
