CVC - Spin For A Cause - To Support IHope

As we’ve done the last few years, we will ride our spin bikes to raise money for IHOPE. This year I’m offering a HIIT portion to give you a total body workout.
The circuit weight portion will start promptly at 8am in the Powerhouse room. At 8:30am we will mount our spin bike to complete our workout for IHOPE. If you want to skip the HIIT, you can come for the spin portion only at 8:30am 

We have 30 spin bikes that we would love to sell out!! As always, we will have raffle prizes  There is a suggested donation of $25 for this event.
