It's Bike-to-Work Week!!
We'll be celebrating all the ways people bike during National Bike Month (all of May). Bike-to-Work Week takes place between May 12-18!
Contest categories:
1. Longest ride to work in one day
2. Most surfaces ridden to work (pavement, gravel, dirt, grass, water crossing, other?)
3. Most elevation ridden on a ride to work
4. Most unique or unusual route to work
Rules and other stuff:
1. All rides must occur OUTDOORS (sorry Zwifties!)
2. You must submit proof-of-ride (such Strava route, Ride with GPS, possibly photos)
3. You work remotely, you say? Go ride before work or on your lunch hour, but please actually go to work afterwards!
4. Retired, you say? Ride to your former workplace!
5. Never worked a day in your life? Try riding to a place you think would be cool to work!
6. Winners will be selected by Hall's judges Keith Reynolds and Carey Fry, and CVC judges Cindy Angel and Andy Weidner.
7. Submit proof-of-ride in the comments on this event (more fun for everyone), or personally to one of the judges.
8. In order to allow for 4 individual winners, we will limit over-achievers to ONE category win! You can compete in all 4 categories, but only win one.
Have fun and get out and RIDE!
